- It increases bone density.
- Exercise helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and improve your mood.
- It increases your chances of living longer.
- Exercise improves your ability to do daily activities and prevent falls.
- It builds strong, healthy muscles.
- It's good for your heart
- You will have a lower chance of getting lung cancer.
- It looks after and lowers your weight.
- Exercise helps improve oxygen levels in the blood.
- Exercise prevents osteoporosis. ( Osteoporosis is a medical condition in which the bones become brittle and fragile from loss of tissue, typically as a result of hormonal changes, or deficiency of calcium or vitamin D.)
- It helps you lose weight more easily (or eat more without gaining weight).
